The challenge

Managing a team of over 100 employees in the field, servicing over 850 clients in the Perth Metro area is no small task. Community Vision must ensure a high level of care for their clients by ensuring efficient and timely assistance. In addition to managing constantly moving staff, timetables and multiple services types, additional reporting and compliance requirements are mandatory from government funders. Community Vision also wanted to allow clients to book and manage services themselves via an online portal.
