  • The solution for ALT was to bring a sales focussed CRM to the business with key focus on quoting complex pool configurations and digitising their consumer contract.
  • It was important for there to be integration and an end-to-end digital transformation of sales process through to their operations team delivering on the pool contracts.
  • Custom Quote configuration using Visual Force pages for a unique quote look and feel for each brand.
  • A consolidation of products across all brands and allowing for distinct price books and pool shell moulds.
  • 100% electronic contract creation based off product and accessories added to quote. In addition there are details of the pool installation captured on the opportunity that is incorporated to the contract.
  • A unique dealer portal was also in the long-term vision and as such the design of the platform focussed on being able to load new brands as needed and have those brands operate independently within Salesforce whilst being managed centrally by ALT Head Office.
  • Sales management and transparency of quotes and contracts was key to the success of this project.

Results

  • 100% of all contracts now signed off are completed within Salesforce.
  • Reduced risk in handwritten contracts and error.
  • Increased real-time transparency in sales performance. This was managed manually and only allowed for retrospective performance management.
